Production Chemistry Symposium
PSL Systemtechnik will participate in the upcoming Geilo Production Chemistry Symposium 2026, one of the most established events in the field of production chemistry for the oil and gas industry. For more than 40 years, the symposium has brought together experts from academia and industry to discuss current challenges and present innovative solutions for more efficient and sustainable production operations.
The conference program covers a wide range of topics related to modern production chemistry, including advanced technologies and methods for controlling chemical processes in production systems as well as solutions addressing future energy challenges, including hydrogen and COâ‚‚-related technologies.
A highlight of this year’s program is the presentation by our Managing Director Dr. Jens Pfeiffer, scheduled for Thursday, March 19, from 16:30 to 17:00. His talk, titled
“Cold Finger Measurements Revisited: Unexpected Findings and Fundamental Questions”, will present new insights and fundamental questions related to cold finger measurements and their relevance for studying deposition processes.
Special thanks go to the co-contributors to this work:
Prof. Dr. Hans Oschmann (Emery Oilfield Chemicals),
Dr. Matthias Berling (Neptune Energy) and
Fidel Lopez Gomez (PSL Systemtechnik).
The Geilo Production Chemistry Symposium provides a unique platform for international exchange between operators, researchers, engineers, and technology providers. PSL Systemtechnik looks forward to insightful presentations, inspiring discussions, and new perspectives on the future of production chemistry.
Meet us at the event.
Meet Jens Pfeiffer, our Managing Director, for a personal exchange on site. You are welcome to contact him in advance.
