New Video Highlight: Optical WAT Detector in Action

We are excited to present our latest product video featuring the Optical WAT Detector (OWD) – a compact, mobile, and user-friendly instrument for precise measurement of the Wax Appearance Temperature (WAT).

In the video, you’ll see how the OWD works with the innovative Cross Polarization Translucency (CPT) method. Instead of using a conventional microscope, the system relies on polarized light combined with a highly sensitive light sensor to detect the very first wax crystals in petroleum samples. This novel approach delivers highly accurate and reliable results, fully comparable to the proven Cross Polarization Microscopy method.
