PPT 45150 determines the pour point (no flow point) with an <strong>accuracy<\/strong> of \u00b1 0.1 \u00b0C and very good <strong>reproducibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>pour point<\/strong>, i.e. the lowest temperature at which the sample still flows, is determined from the <a href=\"https:\/\/psl-systemtechnik.com\/en\/pour-point\/\">pour point measurement<\/a> in accordance with ASTM D5985.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to modern thermoelectrical heating\/cooling modules you can measure <strong>without an external cryostat<\/strong>. A small amount of cooling water &#8211; with a water temperature of 8 \u00b0C &#8211; is sufficient to cover a temperature range of\u00a0<strong>-45 \u00b0C to +150 \u00b0C (-49 \u00b0F to +302 \u00b0F)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour point measurements can be repeated <strong>automatically<\/strong> up to nine times in succession. We recommend those <strong>multiple measurings<\/strong> to obtain statistical significant results and information about the sample&#8217;s behaviour over
